In your eyes I see the rain
I have caused to bleed out,
On those dark days
where nothing shines.
In the blue of the moon.
Rises a lingering hope of change,
Which in the mist I never seem to catch
But I see.
By dawn I'm awake
the thoughts of your dispair haunt me,
but the true demons
are the ones from the pit of my conscience.
Still dazed I see,
I see what I can never
seem to catch.
