There are many poems that write about love,
Love lost, love gained and all of the above,
Mine is simple it was you,
I say this with a frown on my face,
Because love has a secret side too,
I thought we were forever,
But all your pictures are gone,
The gifts you gave me I left in my lawn,
I remember the day I met you the best,
Then I think of the day I left you,
Your lies ripped my heart from my chest,
It’s foolish to love a girl so much,
Now every little thing reminds me of us,
I wish I could bare to look at your face,
It’s even harder now that we live in the same ***** place,
Two years have passed now but I still love you the most,
I’ve seen other girls and I have even had sex,
I tried lots of things to forget you,
But I can’t trick my heart,
It beats for you,
You still control a big part,
It’s yours forever,
And that’s how long it will wait,
So I sit here now with our memories in mind,
Wishing that you weren’t so damned blind,
Didn’t you see what we had,
God I miss you so bad,
Should I talk to you again,
I wish I could,
How have you been,
Just a hello would do,
Anything to hear from you,
I could write a million of these poems,
And I will do all it takes,
So that one day you’ll read one and realize your mistake.

| Wow, I guess I like this poem because I feel the same about someone who can't see the light either. Great Poem. Keep writing them like me and maybe we will either get through or get over. Thx. |

| same here... same here..... like almost ALL my poems are about lost love.... love hurts huh.. esp w vdae around the corner. ah well. just rmb vdae's just a commercialised day |

you will find the right person one day dont give up on love just yet there is someone out there for you
you have to take it one day at a time and love does not suck its beautiful with the right person you will see
