Single Tear In The Rain pt II

He didn’t mean to hurt her. He knew she was dying but he couldn’t stay there. Staring into the distance, the rain slid down his bleak window, blurring the images. He couldn’t cry. He tried and tried but no tears came for her. He hated himself for that. He hated the image showing in the window. His reflection. Dark, empty eyes gazed back at him, and a small smile gracing his lips as he lets the blood pour from him. The red life leaving through the dark crevice left from the beautiful steel blade.

the last line is genius. the whole poem was fantastic. absolutely loved it. that's some talent you've got there.
