Sittin’ in a chair like you just don’t care,
Hangin’ around without makin’ a sound,
You learn their movements you learn their ways,
How the masses sway and how they pay,
It’s quite the tradition everyone’s in step,
Not a beat is missed not a dollar is kept,
Everyone buys it and everyone’s happy,
But come next year they know it’ll be crappy,
They don’t care they spend away,
It’s not their money why should they stay?
In the end it comes around in a decade or two,
The same damn crap in a brand new stew,
Do they realize?
Do they care?
If they do it’s not bare,
So on goes life the money keeps pumpin’,
To rebuild a house that just keeps bumpin’.

I agree, you probably shouldn't have cursed though. But good none the less. |
