Its A Teenage Love

what do you do

when your stuck in the past

where feelings don't last

she puts you on blast

you just turn away.

look for the sun but its raining today.

swore to yourself, wouldn't let anyone take your love for granted

want her loving back, but you can't have it

cause now she's dating

and your stuck waiting

with your head in your hands

cause noone understands

what your going through

cause she's living life without you

and apologizes are way overdue.

where words won't this better

so write then rip up the letter.

think back to the past then your back in the present

and think to the time she said hurting you was never her intent

cause you both never knew

what love had in store for you

so heres to high school romance,

the first glance

the stolen chance

and the last dance.
