You haunt my dreams
Oh, angel of sorrow
I long to forget you
But you dwell in my subconscious
Like a parasite, An embodiment
Of my past
What used to be is dead to me
We’ve evolved into better people
But can we be better without each other?
I throw myself at the mercy of the judge
Hereby sentencing my mind to eternal slavery
To you, my vengeful goddess
In death, may my soul achieve peace
Through forgetting you, serpent of anger
Oh karma, grant me the power to destroy
That which I have spent years creating
Allow my freedom to be not ephemeral
But to last for all eternity
