Double pleated
Feeling ***** defeated
Somewhat betrayed
With my mind mostly delayed
How could this happen?
I can almost hear 'em laughin'
I want to cry, I want to scream
I want to wake up from this awful dream
I wish they would listen
I wish I could find all the things I'm missin'
Some say tomorrow's another day
Well, I'm drowning and I can't find my way
Like a rock falling ever so faster
I am the slave and life is the master
What is it to yearn?
Where are all the things that I'm supposed to learn
I want to find the truth
I'm dying over you
It must be one great big joke
I think I missed my only note
