When your hit with depression, you learn a lesson,
that life is not as it seems,
your life is in shatters nothing now matters.
you cant fulfil all your dreams,
you try to pretend it will soon end,
as you try to climb out the pitt,
if it wasn't for family and all your friends,
you would give up say that is it,
one day you decide to try again,
your starting a fresh new day,,
you have been in the dark, your new life your start,
your demons have all gone away,
Do not be fooled depression has ruled,
it can always strike again,
you have to fight back dont let it attack,
from dark thoughts you have to refrain,
life is so short, try to abort,
the things that make you so sad,
move on with your life throw out the strife,
anything that makes you feel mad,
one day you will see, you can be free,
fly like a bird in the sky,
your happy at last the darkness has past,
your no longer wanting to die...

I love a poem of inspiration and this is it...very wonderful write...great advice to anyone who can't find their way to happiness.
Life is so short, try to abort the things that make you so sad.
