My Troubled Mind

Contributed by stellar on Friday, 11th August 2006 @ 08:56:25 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

Lost and alone
In a world not my own
So much before me
That's left unknown
Contractions of actions
Concerning my heart
The last sense of peace
Is falling apart

Nothing is fitting and nothing belongs
Not enough time to right all my wrongs

Talentless writing
Keeps pen to the page
Until I escape
The last fit of my rage
It's chaotic and senseless
And I can't find the end
My body is breaking
The farther it bends

The remains are scattered all over the lawn
But the chaos won't stop it'll keep going on...

One of the best flowing poems I've read on here in a while. Very well thought out.
