No More Yesterdays

You came into my life,
And you made me see,
That the world around us,
Isnt such a bad place to be.

I thank you greatly, but its time to move on,
Rest assuredly that what we had is not completely gone,
Ive just found a today much more worth while,
Something that can most always make me smile.

No more yesterdays wasting time on you and me,
No more yesterdays of trying to make something of what will never be,
No more yesterdays of nothing to do,
No more yesterdays of wishing I could be with you.

Were growing so very far apart,
Two pieces of what used to be one heart,
Its so plain to see,
No more yesterdays of you and me.
