I’m sick of grabbing for straws
fighting to keep my head over water
Struggling for glimpses of light
in an endless darkness
Maybe the water isn’t that bad
Maybe this **** isn’t worth the struggle
Maybe the dark is just as good as the light
Maybe giving up isn’t the worst I can do
There is nothing left to trust
Nothing left to feel (just the pain)
So the water isn’t cold
as I sink in to it, in to the darkness
