Drowning ambition

Drifting further out to sea
a thousand whirlpools grabbing
hold of me
clasping at my arms and legs
no one direction can set me free
no longer care if i sink or swim
i want to paddle
but cant be bothered to begin
so down i go
into the swirling wash
but that does not matter
as i am no big loss
