Innocent Kindness

Contributed by diamond_girl_9 on Sunday, 30th July 2006 @ 01:01:29 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Smile, she smiles back
Hi, she waves back
Innocent kindness
Talking, nothing personal
Innocent Kindness

Little girl why do you look away when our eyes meet?
Why do you laugh and blush?
Innocent kindness
It is all just innocent kindness

Flattered I am, I do not deny
She sits and gazes,
Sits and sighs
Then someone tells of her love...
For me

Little girl why do you look away when our eyes meet?
Why do you laugh and blush?
Innocent kindness
I do not wish to break your heart

Her eyes become pools
Swimming with tears
People are talking
Why is she like this?

Little girl, why do you cry?
Little girl, are you hurt deep inside?
Come and talk
This is innocent kindness...
Not love

You smile once again
But don't forget me
I can hold your hand
I can be your friend
But we weren't meant to be

Little girl you will find true love
Little girl you will become a dove
Fly, and be free
I didn't mean to break your heart
It was all just innocent kindness
