Almost shiny eyes again
Almost happiness in veins
one look and she knew he's gone
still lost in land without a dawn
Almost happy disappeared
No shiny in those shiny eyes
mind turned white once more, again
wind brought back colorful cries
Thinking hard 'bout shiny eyes
Thinking hard 'bout snowy days
Hard decision for her to make
Even though she knows it's fake
That happy smile made her choose
The only thing she could abuse
His eyes bring happiness to life
with his care there's no more knives

Although I admit I'm not 100% sure what that poem was about (it sounded like a poem about someone who is terminally ill, or dying through suicide perhaps?) but I liked the simplistic wording of it. Very good! |
