Oblivion's Kindly Guest

Contributed by Man_On_High on Wednesday, 26th July 2006 @ 10:29:34 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

Now, all the cloudy shapes that lie
upon the globe we call, the Sky,
fold quietly away.. condensed - a refrain.
Return to me, Oh! parting visions, pass not by
nor leave me vacant still, with strivings vain;
longing to grasp at you again
while drawn unto sleep's immunity..
hoping, dreams of our loving unity~

Oblivion's kindly guest-
my illusions, liberaly blest
over the din, from a world too clear;
my former dreams, the seeds of fear-
long from sweet enchantment and eternal rest.

Billy

Sweetest~

Your struggle is felt-

and understood

.. and though there is so much beauty surrounding
this piece, I fear it is coupled by a most anguished
lament. Put away those former dreams, sweets; just
lay them to rest, for there are new and more splendid
ones waiting to be dreamt .. ones that won't let you
down. Ones that are worth dreaming ..

always here for you ..

love and hugs

~Breezy
[with the same offer you so graciously gave me .. all
your pain, I would take away]

Hey Billy~
I believe, well what I think and this is only my opinion okay, that your "fear" holds you back my dear friend. You refrain yourself onto taking the next step. If we don't take the next step we can find ourselves missing out on open opportunities, may it be love etc...
Face your fear my dear friend. When you do this things will fall into place for you.
I'm so sorry to have rambled on so long. This is only my opinion dearest Billy~ (I could have misinterpreted ur poem too)
I learn so much from you each time. Your writing is remarkable and you are very talented. Keep penning down your emotions dearest Billy~ this helps us vent what's on the inside. Here's to conquering fears and to new horizons.
with love & hugs from ur fan/friend,
suzie Q

A prayer of sorts

A really unique piece

Emotions were abundant, as was its relevance.

Great work
