When it becomes a thing of the past
and plays with your head no more
When it sleeps with the dead
and waits for the dirt
it becomes nothing
like nothing it began
Take for instance,
a new existence-
of man upon the stars
of plants without the sun
all for one
all are now none
manufactured fun
Effortless was the push
towards the eventual collapse
the instinctual was detached
practiced witchcraft
soaking up the devils bath
with the soap of God
feel the wrath
In high demand
once were the grains of sand
the secrets of man
the burning of the dammed
the taming of the land
the cultivation of the dirt
in the hopes of rain
less stomach pain
less hurt
Powerful problems
no conceived solution
contrived delusions
perforated contusions
under the skin
blood and water combine in precision
an incision
into the bone of wisdom
the heart of the kingdom
apart from the reason
instead of believing
Playtime for adults
Away time from the ropes
A straight mind
No overdose
The correct time
Parallel lines
Intercross
Peppered then salt
Nobody’s fault
Everyone gets caught
In nets of rubber cloth
