The world has many offerings
But many aren’t worth pursuing
And long I’ve searched
Looking for something I want
But it’s much more complex
Than I ever thought it could be
For what I want
Is all within you
When you look into my eyes
I want you to see the truth
And know behind them are no lies
Only my honesty and love
When you feel my touch
I want you to feel my compassion
Much like the blessing of an angel
But mostly what I want
Is for you to see and understand
The true beauty of the world
When you spend your time with me
For you do all this to me
And if I can do the same for you
It would be all I need
From this cruel and chaotic world
Because everything I want
Lies within you

| A passionate write, but lonely longing also. I hope you see that in this write you are asking as i have, for that person to believe you are true and as loving as you want them to percieve you. But i feel that they don't, and that is the reason that that person doesn't deserve to know you, or be with you. Take care, Kimberly |
