and so i admit that i sorely miss,
the great sensation of the razor's kiss.
i long for freedom from this pain
-that i might never have to feel this again.
Like a drug, so addictive, it makes my heart leap,
how i wish i could press on the razor so deep.
The pain is so beautiful, i even admire
the sensation, it lifts me, higher and higher.
then i wake to reality, and all is a mess,
like i cause myself unnecessary stress!
but the sores that won't heal, and the cuts that just stay,
will be present-and living-for more than a day.
will someone end this, and help me let go,
i'm tired and over the pain i feel so.
and can someone just wipe them, the tears from my eyes,
and the blood that runs from me-just hope that i die....
