Forgive Me

Topic: SadPoetry

Life is a journey
And I am towards the end
You have always been here
You are forever my friend
With out you I would have surely died
With out you I would have surely tried
You stuck with me all of my life
You are surely the best of friends

We have known each other forever
We have been friends but not enemies since then
We were both inseperatable
Since before we were boys the age of ten

My life has been beautiful
We have shared many things
Although she gave birth to you
She was also my mother too

I have known you for many years
Together we have shed many tears
But there is one thing that you really need to know
It is almost time for me to go

I cannot believe we ever faught
Our friendship was never for naught
Now I am laying here in bed
I hope you have heard what I said

I will not be here anymore
We cannot share the laughs that we once bore
We cannot go fishing during the day
You were like my brother, what can I say

This is hard for me
But I know that it must be said
Please forgive me
For the pain that I have caused you
Because now I lay infront of you....
Now I am dead.
