I unveil this heart
unto your command
tell me to march
I'll march without end
Don't think I've not worshipped
the sound of your voice
Don't think I've not melted
in your company...
Years of friendship
growing devout
hiding the feelings
we've secretly felt
My hands are so frightened
upon your skin
I know you've felt me
dying for you...
You guide my shoulders
softly down
My arms though stronger
could'nt stop you now
A kiss and my heart stops
your lips... time stops
there is nothing
but the whisper of your breath
forevermore...

| A beautiful poem, and it hits home. I just recently started dating MY best friend. We actually had feelings for eachother for years but never said anything. It's kind of crazy I stumbled upon this poem. It was really nice to read. thankyou. Kimberly |
