Lord I am now ready to take your hand and let you direct my path
Finally I understand that you are my only way out and life is only harder without you
I don’t know why I cannot let go of my past even though you already have
But today I am willing to let You have my present and future
I want to grow stronger and I want to share your Love with others
Today and not Tomorrow I am going to tell your story
The day you went to Calvary and how on that same day you took nails for me
How a crown of thorns were placed upon your head
That you didn’t even think twice about dying for me
And how today you still live for me
I am not ashamed of you but of ashamed of myself for letting our relationship go
But being who You are, You held on and never stopped loving me
And for that Lord I am now ready to take your hand and let you direct my path

| you and i are on that same boat, but you are reaching the destination quicker than i am. i have written something as well; an opener to finding faith-to finding Him. i too can not let go of the past, but i am trying and finding my strength again. you will too. good luck and bless you. |
