Journey through the Stars

Contributed by keilantra on Monday, 10th July 2006 @ 08:11:33 PM in AEST
Topic: abstract

Take a picture for me

And send it through the stars

Around the sun and thru the drops of Neptune

Send it somewhere far.

Give me a memory

To wrap around my heart

Let me take you to Venus

Show you where it all starts.

Take the rings of Jupiter

And tangle them in my hair

Put Mars’ fire in my eyes

Come and let us share

The warmth of Mercury’s radiance

And swim thru Earth’s waters

Sit atop Uranus’ moons

And defy all laws of matter

Indulge yourself in the beauty of it all

And then we will travel the universe again
