Untitled

Sparkles like moonbeams
Show in her eyes
Smiling she sees
Right through his lies

Time is too short
To bask in sorrow
Today she will live
Who knows tomorrow

Singing a song
So gentle and sweet
She picks up
Her dancing feet

Leaving him behind
Moves to another shore
This she has done
Many times before

No time to play
Emotional games
No time for
Calling of names

She just moves on
Till she finds
A true heart
And peace of mind

Searching for love
Refusing to suffer
She will use joy
As her hearts buffer

What an awsome piece of writing

Leaving him behind
Moves to another shore
This she has done
Many times before

No time to play
Emotional games
No time for
Calling of names

I just love that.

hugs

The simplicity of words in this poem has given more meaning and depth to it and its flow has a melody; amazing work my friend, I read it more then a couple of times for the joy of it. WONDERFUL.
