Whispered secrets travel under moonlit skies
Winter prowls amidst bare-limbed trees
Sparkling dew clings onto silk cob webs
The sun dawns through the emerald green
Fragile remnants lay tormented
Crystal prisms reflected from my tears
Desolation felt in such a lonely place
As yet I ponder upon the unforeseen
A jigsaw of lost fallen petals
Forgotten by their burning hue
I’m a dreamer in a deep reverie
Surviving on sacred memories of you
Beyond the sun dipped horizon
Where the oceans current retreat
A whispered message leaves my lips
To awake my love from an eternal sleep

You my dear Susie is what I call "A Word Wizard" You weave a beautiful picture in your poems, no threads left undone............The wondrous images you placed in our Mind's Eye stay there forever.
I found this poem very interesting as I could relate spiritual meaning throughout.
