Her strength

Contributed by SPOKENWORDARTIST on Saturday, 8th July 2006 @ 06:04:22 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

Demons of crimson flames dance at the tip of my soul,
Misery romances the darkest secrets hidden in the vaults of memories.

you shall not falter my son she says spiritually holds out her heavenly
hand to hold the one she gave life as whispers mama knows the worries
written across your troubled brow.

Use my strength to guide through rough waters in the waves of hard
times need not lose sight of your goals, stand tall shoulder back walk
the road of this journey with dignity.

Accomplish all there is and pay your emotional debts with honor for
I never left you my son for i' ve been by your side all along 'cause mama knows......

Powerfully expressed words of self inspiration no doubt instilled by the spirit of your mama. Spirits never die and will always be with you, especially hers. Fantastic write and enjoyable read.
