Smiling of the Moon

Contributed by pUnKa_RaCh on Saturday, 8th July 2006 @ 02:40:21 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

A transforming melody
Played amid the silent skies
Dedicated to our both- loving souls
All tuned emotion it does comprise

Lost in mesmerisation
Upon this romantic eve- tis subtly true
Delicate aspirations for freedom
My faith is rekindled by you

-The moon smiles at us tonight-
Sharing in our pleasure
Of what is justly right

Laid hand upon hand
Becoming one
With thou twisted soul
One being of infirmity and flesh
A renewed person as we caress and loll

Encompassing darkness
Is it the night reflection or a hungry entity?
Rush to dismiss all beginning of thought
As embraced we are- consuming my identity

-The moon smiles at us tonight-
Approving of our youthful joining
Basking us in light

Now our love proving
Your lips unrestrained and precious
Yet poised and intimately powerful
Lamenting kiss- defining and truly luscious

Succulent smell of your skin
A ravishing- surrender to you passionately
My heart it would not suffice
To spend with you an infinite eternity

A healing is what you are
Shielding me from fright
Yes, we are meant to be
- For look! The moon smiles at us tonight-
