i am the stone

Topic: oops

i am
the last brick in the wall
but the first man to fall
to a fatal new reality
composed of this insanity
the first one to breathe in
the toxins that surround
somehow the last to feel the pressure
being buried inside the ground

i am the stone that the builder refused
im not ur enemy
but feel serenity
in any of the paths that u choose
i am the flame that makes ur ideas bright
drugs mak'em dim
i am not a bird
but i can fly with the best of them

i am lost stones in the rode
the builder felt was a waste
not giving back to the giver
but always the first to take
re-incarnatoin of your battles
that were never won
wavin my white flag
to let you know the war is done
i see the flames
and i walk towards as they begin to rise
i am the first to step in
and the only one who survived
