It all changed one year after-
That’s when my heart started to wander.
I never started loving her less-
I just started to wonder.
I was exploring my possibilities,
Turning a blind eye to the realities.
I had my own issues I was dealing with-
Didn’t think she would understand,
don’t know why
because she was always there to lend me a helping hand.
I guess we’ll never know why life
plays out the way it does>
make you do foolish things,
and make you ignore the ones that you love.
My intention was never to fall in love with him.
I liked him because he listened when I talked to him.
See, he understood where I was coming from,
And he would drop whatever whenever I would call on him.

hmmm .. interesting
i definately can't wait to read the next one .. this is a good story .. nice easy flow .. would do well in the spoken word
bring on number 3 ... i wanna no more about this guy
