Alcohol, that of which you may drink,
and swallow up your brain 'til you can't think,
that of which ruins your life if you have the keys,
you're lucky if all you'll have to deal with are the fees.
You might go to a party and drink alcohol for fun,
but there's always the chance that you'll hurt someone,
so if you are gonna drink, be extremely cautious,
because it can make you a bit stupid and nauseous.
I cannot wait for the day when alcohol gets banned,
then no one can drink it and car crashes will be less,
Those who continue making alcohol should be damned,
I hate alcohol, I hate drugs, this is my protest.

| I agree I heard on the news in the last 10 years more and more people are getting liver damage... The pubs never close now and drink is sold in all the supermarkets.. Well done for making this point brilliant poem xx |
