Even though my emotions come in waves as frequently as the tides, I remember to remain at peace just as the seas when tranquil.
My most occurring emotion is anger, breaking loose like a demon escaping the fiery pits of hell, yet I continuously try to supress it.
Sadness and depression envelope me like a raging sea, making me feel as if I will drown in all of its grotesqueness, despite my knowing that I will perservere and survive.
Happiness to me is not rare and is the best emotion I've ever known, like butterflies fluttering in the depths of my soul, fighting to thrive.
But eventually, all emotions will cease to exist and new ones will arrive...

Good write, well done, crammed with emotion.
Consider breaking your poems into stanzas,
like I'm doing.
Poetry is an amazing thing, and welcome to the website.
Keep up the good work,
