running from the truth
not getting anywhere
searching in the darkness
looking for your distant stare

i was the only other
she thought about it too
my heart and mind are racing
the worlds turning blue

deeper than the ocean
i love your shallow mind
roaming empty hallways
leaving memories behind.

Nice short poem, it has a nice rhythm
