Candle Light

Contributed by bluestars on Saturday, 24th June 2006 @ 02:02:28 AM in AEST
Topic: fantasy

I see the candle light
which lights up this dark place
it shows me a way out
as I drift away to the sky
I follow it through the clear dark night.

I see the moon light,
as I sit on a cloud.
I talk to the wind and close my eyes
I see the light which guides me to you
I'm surprised to see you
for I only pictured you in my dreams.

I see th star light
that glows on you face
They shine and twinkle from far away,
they dance around as they hear you sing,
for your music is their lullaby that
puts them to sleep.

This candle light will never blow away,
The moon light will guide you through the night,
The stars will always shine in the sky.
And I will be here waiting for,
some light to come through
hoping that you take a step closer to me,
so we can fly off to our fantasy.

What i see is one beautiful poem written by the delicate hand of love, rich in romance and
deep in it's conviction. A truly beautiful work or poetic art. Lovely write.
