FAKE SMILES

Contributed by The_Unknown on Friday, 23rd June 2006 @ 09:19:41 PM in AEST
Topic: SadPoetry

...away or turn around; If you look back they are sudenly filled with sarrow when they think nobodys looking?

FAKE SMILES:

the people with the fake smiles
really bring me down
even though I am of their kind
it brings me down
to know there are others like
myself
frequently depressed
crying for no reason
its not quite depresion
but something much more difficult
to bare
every thing feels lost
you pitty others
and yourself
you wish you could live in a dream
a perfect dream
you see other people and their lives
you think it looks perfect
and wish it was yours
cry for no reason
its not quite depresion
but something worse
its a depressing fact
it happens all the time
you see other people living their lives
how wonderful it must be
to always be happy
but then you relize
no one can always be happy
but the perfect people never are depresed like yourself
its not quite depresion
but something much worse
I feel I have a terribal fate
but that's just the depresion sinking me down
you will cry for no reason
live for no reason
feel you have no purpose in life
its not depresion
its something far worse
don't let yourself get depressed
as frequintly as I
but it is hard not to
the songs on the radio
the stories you hear
the things you say
the things you think
the movies you watch
what other people say
what you see
all can bring you down
you will cry
you will cry a lot
mostly for no reason
its not quite depresion
but it gets you very depressed
for the people who are of this kind
it will be okay
I am of this kind
I know what its like
you will cry for no reason
feel you have no reason to live
its not depresion
stop wearing the fake smile
look for a brighter tomarrow
it really brings me down to see
a fake smile

i feel where ur coming from here, when i see sum1 i can tell is pulling the fake smile i always try to help them; and i guess i'm the fake smile type of person too, but i think my sad thoughts mostly at night when no one else is there
good luck w/life in general and finding your version of happiness, everyone can find happiness if they know where to look, and that can be different for every person
