My Tears of Mud

Contributed by Lucid_Tides on Wednesday, 21st June 2006 @ 11:47:11 PM in AEST
Topic: EmotionalPoetry

You asked what I feel within,
Vitalic hunger clawing at my skin
My only quintessence now impure
You ask why I'm marked and not simplectic
I have cuts down my arm and I'm dying, hectic
Belittled before they could find my cure
You ask me why I feel this way
I've been scorned and the pain seems to stay
O' my fatal insecurity pushing you away..
Es ist Sie, den ich liebe

Clawing at my eyes - they bleed, unclear
So these tears would not flow today
Finding myself alone is my only fear
I never want you to go away
My vanity, it shows through blood
In vain I cry, my tears of mud
Here I carve the bane of life

Meine Risse Schlamms

May I ask why you portend my pain?
And you ask why my blood drips like rain
Within my hyaline eyes you stare..
There's no visible answer
To why the cuts remain
Narben sollen dort bleiben

Your words are so beautiful. I love the foreign language, perchance not so foreign to you?
