TOO LATE

Contributed by artjunkiekyle on Monday, 19th June 2006 @ 01:50:12 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

A tortured soul- he wonders how much longer he can endure.
Will his angel ever deliver him from this world?
He is stuck in a hellhole, unable to express himself.
His tears fall hot from his eyes with his head hung low.
His scars from abuse remain hidden under his tattered clothes.
His emotions are discarded like trash in a sewer drain.
His beautifully tortured soul claws on the inside, fighting and thrashing to be released.
He is afraid his demons will catch up, thus opening Pandora's box.
His anguish throws him into a chaotic world, filled with the evils of rape, murder, dishonesty, and violence.
There's only one thing missing-
a way out.
Will these human societies of an imperfect world swallow him?
He says no- but what are his options?
He has but only one- SUICIDE
He tries, but changes his mind one second
TOO LATE

Very evil touch, dark as it is, I feel it could go into detail on why he is stuck in this hellhole, and what lead him to this suicide. very good, overall, I like it.
