The first time I met you,
It was a chilly night.
We did not really have the time,
To talk very much but thanks for the invite.

To my surprise,
A few days later,
You wanted to hang out again
Only this time just you and I.

I brought my sister,
So I was not alone.
Only to lose her,
And meet the person
I have come to love.

The past 3 months
Have been the happiest I can remember
We spent so much time together
Shared many special moments

I have spent so much time
Sharing my love with you
This may be the day; dedicated to loved ones
Only my love is different.

I do not celebrate my love for you
Just on this one special day.
For I believe that my love for you is something to be shared everyday.
Something so special and meaningful

That I don’t want to wait to this day
To tell you, how much you mean to me

And how much I love you
But because this day is dedicated;
To loved ones just like you:
Will you be my valentine?
