The day passed like many others before it
With little change from minute to minute
Slow hours spent sitting and thinking
With too much time for nothing better to do
Where are you?
The night arrives with glee, its sinful pull on the essences of one’s core
Taken from the bed and shook until pockets spill their contents to the floor
Coins for slots, for viewing pleasure, with liquor and candlelight to ease the mood
Lubricated for slippery access are the money holes in the form of string undergarments
I hadn’t the slightest clue
Who are you?
The morning returned with its usual vigor from a trip around the earth
The sun seemingly grew bigger as it fed on the ocean’s water and lands of dirt
Sands piled dunes higher then the cascading mountains of debris in blazes
Shade from the garden’s trees planted in peculiar patterns of memorized mazes
In amazement, shocked and eventually renewed, the brackets become unhinged and unglued

Your flow is very cool. I like it. The question asked and background set are so solid. Good work |
