Locked

Contributed by bluestars on Thursday, 15th June 2006 @ 12:18:28 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

Sometimes I feel like I'm locked inside,
locked inside this place.
No place to run,
no place to hide
I wish I had some kind of magic so,
I could just disappear and never come back.
I'm trapped inside this body,
I feel like I can't breathe
because if I do I might not have enough
to last the rest of the day.
I need some kind of miracle,
something to keep me alive,
for I feel that I'm slowly drifting away.
I've lost everything and everyone,
lonliness is all I have left.
I wish that you were here with me,
for you image has slowly faded away.
And the memories are no longer in my mind.
Help me please to find that happiness
I once had,
bring me back the joy,
for that is the key to this hole.
Take me out and bring me back to life,
a life we once shared.
What a wonderful fantasy we lived in,
until you left and I parted in two.
Here I am, locked once again
where there's no room for dreams
to come true,
just enough for your hand to pull me through.
