Delicate in heart
delicate in part;
both body and spirit
part grounded part lifted
part backward part hidden
a strength and weakness of my creation-
delicate in beauty
of length and grace through delicacy
delicate in faith and intimacy
delicate in passion and feeling
sensitive and tender hearted
to the ways of the world unhardened
but from trauma and trials i run
though destined of great significance to become
through great delicacy within-
when the tenderness of God strengthens me
to overcome my sensitivity
by becoming more sensitive to him
indeed more delicate in my creation

seinsitivity can be a gift and a curse- "one" can be too sensitive to being hurt, yet "one" cannot be too sensitive to the goodness of God
