In Search Of Love

A man in search of love one day.
Traveled far to find the way.
He came upon a lady fair.
And asked if she could help him there.
She had no love to give to him.
Now his plight seemed awfully dim.
She left her kiss but turned away.
Maybe, maybe another day.
Down of heart he traveled on.
Thru the night until dawn.
He met a maid with beauty showing.
Now within his hopes were growing.
She gave him love but for a time.
A mountain high he could not climb.
With saddened heart he went his way.
To find true love another day.
He thought, is this an illusive dream.
Are things of love not what they seem.
So on he traveled his dream to find.
Searching for that love so kind.
That day came, his search was through.
His special dream he found was true.
This story here I tell my friend.
Follow your dream don’t let it end.
Love is real, that love will bind.
Don’t give up that love you’ll find.
