I guess it’s been a while
since you last heard from me.
Life’s been hell;
reality’s a *****
and I’ve done some
stupid things.
But I’m still alive
and doing ok.
I’ve got someone who loves me
and some thoughts to call my own.
I’ve got some sanity hidden in my pocket.
I’ll sell it to you
for $20.
I’ve got some friends I think,
but I don’t really hear from them.
We’ve had some times
and some trips,
that I wouldn’t trade for the world.
But then again…
