My childhood days I surely miss
when I think about the past,
I seem to find ignorance is bliss.
I know where my life went amiss,
Its when the world made me an outcast.
My childhood days I surely miss
I fell head first into the abyss,
an apethetic dark place so vast.
I seem to find ignorance is bliss.
On dismal days I like to reminisce
about my childhood that went too fast.
My childhood days I surely miss.
I used to think a perfect world exists
but that dream like an airplane crashed
I seem to find ignorance is bliss.
Why is life so fake, so hard, so ruthless?
Has all my good times gone passed?
My childhood days I will surely miss.
I seem to find ignorance is bliss.

I think everyone feels that in one way or another their childhood was kinda of messed up. Some worse than others of coarse but non the less. This is a great piece of work. I think almost everyone on earth can relate to this piece. So you are speaking out to anyone who reads this. :)
