I am ripping myself apart.
Parts are torn away as I write.
Taken by my emotions.
Taken by myself.
Destroyed by those who do not care.
I can feel pieces being torn away.
It may not be a physical pain.
But it hurts just as much.
Why does it hurt,
Because I allow it to.

well written i like the end were you answer yourself because you allow it to is the truth you control everything you mind does its controlling the mental settings of one to adapt and overcome situations.
