Confusion confusion

Confusion confusion
All over the place
It swarms my shallow head
Incased in my hollowed face
The sun burns too bright
I beg to stay indoors
As the soft and mellow rays
Get absorbed into my deep pores
Falling flat on my face
Gliding into this melancholy hole
Staying swift and silent
As one single person can go
Buzzing through the trees
And lifting towards the skies
Flocking with the birds
And chatting with the flies
Leaning towards the moon
And dancing with the stars
Soaring towards many plants
Close enough to reach and touch mars
Red spots live in my eyes
The move and glide around
Sometimes blue and green ones
Come out to then be found
The dizziness ceases to be
As I feel the numbness remain
So I now stand up and open my eyes
And begin to spin round again
