The knife brings the tears
That I refuse to cry
It takes away my memories
And all of the lies
I carry strength through this metal
I am who I want to be
I pretend I have a different life
I hide the pain you don't want to see
I see through you,
You are just a hypocrite
So I take away the agony you cause
In multiple little slits
