to feel young again with my old love

Topic: LostLove

hey there stranger
i feel like it's been ages
since i seen your smile
i try to think
of our last moments together
and inside i knew it'd be a while
i remember the exact number of beats
my heart was going when you took it with you
i remember, like a routine i play
over and over and over
and how it took my breath away

come here i missed you it's unmistakable
my heart is racing so fast and my eyes can't even see
the image i've been tryin to
just imagine in my head
my soul is almost shaken
by the thought of you being so close
i know it's a dream but please
just say you remember how we met
so i know that you still remember me

the dreams make it too much
for my heart to handle
you make it feel like it did yesterday
and you confuse a mind into thinking
your right here but you aren't..
i'm too scared to touch,
i can't watch you fade away
i HAVE to memorize the exactness of you
i NEED to know i didn't imagine someone so beautiful

bye my stranger rest your weary soul
we lived years together but this one alone
made me feel a thousand years old
my love i can't wait to be young with you again
can't wait to feel that alive after death.
