It’s all about her…

Contributed by Elite on Thursday, 1st June 2006 @ 09:12:20 AM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

What do people start to do when they become confused?
Over the problem do they muse?
Does it ever benefit your soul to continually meditate,
On problems that burden you with their weight?

The answer doesn’t seem simple
But its either you love her or you don’t
Either you’ll end up going out with her or simply you won’t

You want to walk up to her, to laugh and to, finally, hug
But then life would have to be fair and on your heart it wouldn’t tug
You can’t get her out of your head
You can’t forget the last words that her heart said

She lives, breathes, sleeps and loves but not for you
You’re nothing more than air, just the fading morning dew
I know you thought it’d work. Mistakes happen. Its just part of life
But this love is not going to come down and pick you out of strife.

You wish you could change certain parts of the past
You wish you’d read the full script before auditioning for the cast
All things are not set in stone and you can still make it right
Love can still be kind and you can still get back in her sight

Maybe false hope is better than none
It soothes the part of your heart that was stung
Once you realise you’ve nothing at all
Then you will be starting to believe God can give you it all!

Wow, thats what going on in my life right now. I pushed her out of my life and Im trying so very hard to bring her back. But, its an uphill battle and I'm afraid that I cannot win. Since she left my life, I haven't smiled, really smiled. Life is hard right now. Thank you for writing this, thank you.
