SILLY IT AWAY

"SILLY IT AWAY"

Take a moment or two each day
to "silly it away!"
Our lives are jammed packed with stress
Stress is "working with your brakes on"
"silly it away" for success!

To be "silly" means to have fun,
Be completely uninhibited,
laughter's your weapon!
Like a "Silly Cat" jumping
for no reason.
Dance around and sing while
you twirl.......
Lighthearted, silly, as you whirl!

I have a funny little dog named
Looney Tooney
Her name fits her to "T" she's
taught me how to be silly!
Each day she takes at least one silly run
through the house
Jumps on beds, tears around
corners, chases my bird
atop his birdhouse.

That's my signal to be outrageous
Massage your innards with laughter,
"silly away" depressive blues
bring on gladness,
We weren't created for sadness,
N'er take yourself so serious.
to yourself be gracious.

loved it! I agree with you wholeheartedly on this...

I've lived like this most of my adult life.

(4 ex-partners will tell you so!)...

Though they probably wouldn't call me silly more like pathetic!

J.

Consue, this is really great! We all need more than an occasional reminder to unload the stress and just enjoy life. This is the perfect reminder. I love the way creatures run through the house like children playing. What a joy to behold!
