If ever Christ should call my name,
and appear to me, as some maintain;
I know for certain what I would do,
before this earthly life is through.
I know, I would His will obey,
believe His word in every way.
I'd also love Him much, much more;
though tribulation cut me sore.
I'd gladly travel 'cross the sea,
if that's where He'd have me be -
defend the faith, evil wrath endure,
when of His will, I would be sure.
What's this arrogance, I profess?
Ah.... just proud boasting to excess.
Is not His Holy word a sure command?
It slips by me like wind blown sand.
Oh woe is me of little faith,
so oft, His Holy word forsake.
I'll make no more claims I can't keep,
Did not Christ liken us as sheep?
1 Cor. 1:26 thru 29 " For ye see your calling brethren,
how that not many wise men, after the flesh, not many
mighty, not many noble, are called: But God hath chosen
the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God
hath chosen the weak things to confound the mighty and base
things that are not, to bring to nought the things that are: that
no flesh should glory in His presence.

It is very hard to accept every moment that comes to us as the Will of God.
So many people are puzzled: How do we know the will of God?
It is in the PRESENT MOMENT.
We are not always ready to make the best of it, but let us give it a try.
very thought provokinhg beautiful work as Emy said before me.
So good to read you again.
Abundant blessings!
Elizabeth
