KISSING

Contributed by Adelle on Sunday, 28th May 2006 @ 03:26:42 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

I felt his smile
in the midst of the dark shadow
breaking my bubble
his breath fell upon my smile
there, our hearts pounding
while together our bodies were laying
and in an intense moment, I froze in fear
as our lips began to draw near
my legs and fingertips went cold
losing feeling to my toes
my sweat glands opened up
as the nervousness of my heart sped up
I couldn’t stop breathing heavily
out and fast back in my chest kept caving
I could hear my heart pounding in my ears
and my ever quickening breath I could hear
while there we laid as our lips did touch
and in that moment my body shut off
having to reboot, leaving weakness in my stomach
leaving me with the feeling my body would fall off
anticipating when he would kiss me
I suddenly could not breath
there, as our lips were touching
and our hearts rushing
with out hesitation
he pressed his lips against mine
causing a draft, a wind
to blow through my body from with in
opening up my heart
for in that time and moment
he had found a key
A rare and unknown key
that only few may carry
that fits my heart so perfectly
passion took over with the gusts of wind
as fire and intensity set in
kissing me aggressively and softly
with his heart, passing feelings
a connection, our hearts found meeting
in this passion of kissing
my heart found comfort, and serenity
for his heart had a key
waking my cold stoned heart to pounding

Is this your first kiss? If it is, take heed: To be drunk on love is great, but it leaves a wretching, vomitous headache. Don't let it control you, always know your priorities...and, as long as you love it doesn't matter who loves you.

Keep writing ^_^
